Here is the Calendar for 2008
12 new Recipes with illustrations.

There is one soup, two fish dishes, a vegetarian suggestion and a terrine, three meat dishes, three puddings and a chutney- as usual seasonal, tasty and healthy, simple to make and adaptable to your own tastes - if you don't like mine.

I shall be holding a couple of tastings here at home when I cook all the dishes and invite people to come and sample them. It has proved very popular, so if you would like an invitation nearer the time, please email me or telephone 01730 812728, and I will tell you the date.

The Calendar measures approx 37 x 14.5cm (14.5 x 6inches). A page for each month with two illustrations and space for your engagements plus the recipe.

I did a very basic cookery course in my youth and then spent several months in France with a “Foodie” Family, and developed a lasting love of creative cooking. Subsequently, I cooked in a small Private Hotel locally for about ten years and learned a lot more.
